- Toll free numbers with a prefix of 1-800-20-XXXX, and 1-800-21-XXXX are a customer service telephone number that automatically reversed all callers charges to the service subscribers (Receivers).
- Subscribers are any businesses, companies or even individuals who wish to enhance their customer service to attract more business and achieve a higher professional image.
- Subscribers can save more cost when they map Toll Free number with Sip IP (Sip Protocol) and make outgoing calls by Sip Connection.
- Toll Free Numbers: 1-800-20-XXXX or 1-800-21-XXXX Only receive calls.
- All Call Charges are charged to receiver (Toll Free subscriber).
All Call Charge rate are calculated in per second basis ; and the Call Charge Rates are based on Fixed or Mobile destination phone number.

Mapping Numbers
Mapping Number is a number that will be configured with Toll Free numbers. When the customer call your Toll Fee number, Our system will forward to your assigned number as mapping number. The mapping number can be: Mobile number Fixed / PSTN number Sip IP (Sip protocol)
Virtual PBX
1. Virtual PBX is a kind of PABX system which can provide Interactive Voice Response (IVR) function like company operator to forward all calls to extension number and it can be connected to all mobile, PSTN or Sip phones. 2. Combine many telephone numbers such as both mobile or PSTN phones into one extension group numbers under one Toll Free number. 3. Any caller can just call one Toll Free number and then it is forwarded to other extension as Mobile or PSTN phones anywhere nationwide. 4. Also, any Virtual PBX subscriber can promote his/her products or services through IVR services setup in the system as commercial Jingle, Music or Voice recording as well.
