Special Toll 1-800-22
  • Special Toll Number 1-800-22-XXXX can make & receive calls.
  • All receive a call Inbound call charges by caller operator and the Outbound call charges by
    Toll Free Company from Toll Free Subscriber.
  • Make a call through VoIP access number call 186 and Mobile or PSTN number (Ex:
    186023210156). Only Special Toll Subscriber can call 186 it just for the local call.
  • Rates are based on per 15+15/secend basis.
